Wesley Snipes who was appealing the ruling to his 2008 conviction for tax evasion was ordered by a judge to finally surrender to authorities and immediately begin serving a three-year sentence.
Snipes 48, was taken into custody to begin serving one year for each of the three misdemeanor counts he was found guily of. No official date of release has been made public. – ICE
