In memory of his legacy, thought I’d share this 1996 BBC documentary of Hip Hop’s Godfather Gil Scott-Heron who passed away last week at age 62. Named after the revolutionary American poets most famous composition “The Revolution Will Not Be Televised”, the doc features commentary from the deceased icons peers as well as Mos Def and Chuck D.
