Wiz Khalifa ain’t the only one with pros. Rick Ross was spotted by Hollywood.tv coming out of Mr. Chow’s with actress Elise Neal last night in Beverly Hills. The two have been seen out & about on several occasions and even attended last years Soul Train Awards together. In the Novemnber 2007 issue of KING Magazine, Neal confirmed dating 50 Cent after appearing in his “Follow My Lead“ video. Wonder if Rozay knows Fif used to beat? Holla. – ICE
