Yesterday a grand jury in a federal San Francisco court found Barry Bonds guilty on one count of obstruction of justice for his evasiveness to properly answer questions of knowingly using steroids in the 2003 BALCO steroid case. However U.S. District Judge Susan Illston declared a mistrial on the three charges that Bonds lied when he told a grand jury during that trial that he never knowingly received steroids and human growth hormone from trainer Greg Anderson and that he allowed only doctors to inject him. Though convicted tit doesn’t answer whether Barry Bonds ever knowingly used steroids. Bonds is expected to receive probation but no jail time. – ICE
